Who We Are
Ennui is a new company but our team has vast industry experience. The company is a full-service agency that delivers engaging digital experiences in browsers or as native apps. We are particularly interested in developing for children and youth — our vision is to better serve their needs by incorporating the latest research into our work.
Ennui embraces the important role developers can play nurturing the next generation of digital content creators. Our product, MusGO, is a system for building online recreational learning spaces where community organizations can engage in collaborative creative production with children and youth.

Why Ennui
“ennui” — df. — “a feeling of being bored and mentally tired caused by having nothing interesting or exciting to do …” – Cambridge Dictionary.
Sandi Mann, author of The Upside of Downtime: Why Boredom Is Good (Hatchett, 2016), notes that when we can’t find neural stimulation, our minds will create it.
Multiple studies have shown that a little boredom can spark creativity and problem solving.
Ennui Creative seeks to harness the promise of today’s technology to facilitate creativity and problem-solving.
